I would like to extend my stay in Tokyo. Will you recommend some hotels and make a reservation for me? We can make a reservation only for the same hotel where the group will stay.

Japanese box lunch

	After or before the program, I would like to take an add-on tour. Which city will you recommend? Do you know if a guided tour is available and how much it costs?
	We cannot arrange your extension tours. For information regarding hotels and guided tours, please look at a website of JTB: http://www.jtb.co.jp/sunrisetour/

I am an independent traveler. Will I be met by InterElder staff at the airport? If not, please tell me how to get to the hotel from the airport. If you are at the airport by the arrival time of the group flight, you can use the bus for the group. We will enclose instructions "how to get to the hotel on your own" in preparatory materials to be sent to you about 4 months prior to the program.

Subway-ride in Kyoto

	Is vegetarian food available during the program?
	We regret to inform you that special meal requests cannot be basically guaranteed during the program. We, however, keep your request in mind and try to provide you with something as substitutes if possible.

Is porter available? How will luggage be transported from site to site? Porter will be provided where available. Your luggage and bags will be transported by chartered truck.
